Even after finally making this account, I haven't posted anything in ages. So here's my obligatory "I'm not dead!" post, even though nobody reads this. Finals and deadlines are all hitting me at once, not fun. Of course, I'm a world-class procrastinator and all this stress leads to is me curling up with a book in my "free time". The workload actually isn't that bad...Or wouldn't be if I had any self-control/time-management skills.

The books so far, by the way, are The Devil You Know and To Say Nothing of the Dog. The main character in The Devil You Know is a little more bitter than I like them - I think I'll avoid the sequel, even though it looks like he's starting to work out his issues and might be better. To Say Nothing of the Dog was charming~ But of course, it had time travel~~~<3 There were some things that I think the author could have done better (the time-lag for a supposedly serious illness cleared up a little too quick) but then there always are. Will look into the sequel (but maybe I should wait until I get back to the states).

Good news is that the plunnies are biting again. It's rare for them to show up when I'm free, but lately they haven't shown up at all unless I'm really busy. Supernatural!DC plunnie went and hid somewhere, but AU!FFVII plunnie showed up out of nowhere and is getting really insistent. Of course, I'm too busy to work on it and once I'm not busy, it'll probably go dormant.

Ugh. Japanese homework makes my grammar go strange...

Edit: Sequel? What sequel? Why did I think there was a sequel? >_>
